Halo Water Proofing started small in the Bellwood area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Our Bellwood crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Bellwood crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Bellwood customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Bellwood homeowners connect to a basement problem.
